  • Coaching offers support to guide you towards a better life with someone who understands. I partner with you to develop techniques and skills to help you identify and build the life you want, honing in on your strengths, whilst appreciating the challenges of our ADHD.

  • ADHD coaching is a process and an ongoing relationship between coach and client. It is transformative and client-led, by focusing on you as a person, taking your ADHD and neurodiversity into account.

I first meet everyone for an intro session on Zoom to chat about coaching, how I can help and support you, and if we would like to work together. You’ll also get a taste of what coaching is like. Consulting

Improve your knowledge and understanding of ADHD by attending a Consulting Session with me!

  • An ADHD Consulting Session is for anyone who would like to learn about ADHD and neurodiversity. It may be useful for yourself, family members, partners, teachers, friends etc. who wish to gain a better understanding of ADHD. These are booked as single sessions and you have the opportunity to find out more about ADHD in a safe, non-judgmental space.   • No. I work with neurodivergent people (ADHD, Autistic, etc.) who are officially diagnosed, self-diagnosed or still figuring it out.

  • I coach my clients online through Zoom video calls, so it’s accessible wherever you are in the world! I am from and living in Cork, Republic of Ireland.

    • Coaching is an ongoing collaborative relationship between the coach and client. We meet regularly to work through the client’s agenda, using the skills of the coach through an ADHD lens, and the client’s own understanding of themselves.

    • Consulting is booked as a single session to gain a deeper understanding and education of ADHD and Neurodiversity. An ADHD individual may book themselves, but it is also for family members, partners, friends, teachers, etc. of people with ADHD who would like to know more.
